ESouchierAs the Director of Research at the Graduate School of Journalism and Communications (CELSA) of the University Paris-Sorbonne, Emmanuël Souchier, leads the work of the interdisciplinary research group on information and communication processes (GRIPIC).  His personal research analyzes the relationships sustained by writings, texts and images from historical, practical and technical perspectives.

Souchier’s current research focuses on media produced using computers (on-screen and on-line), tools and practices of infra-ordinary communication, editorial discourse, in addition to the links between literature and communication.

Amongst Souchier’s many publications, he has notably edited Raymond Queneau’s, œuvre for la Bibliothèque de la Pléiade (Gallimard) and is the co-editor of the academic review, Communications & langages (Armand Colin).
