A_WronaAdeline Wrona is the Co-Director of the Journalism Degree program at the Graduate School of Journalism and Communications of the Sorbonne (CELSA) where she also teaches creative writing, and on subjects pertaining to literature skill, and journalism history. Her research focuses on portraiture in the media, between the 19th century to Facebook, and more widely on journalistic writing, linked to the use of literary traditions and patterns.  Wrona’s work brings forward the way media use portraiture, depicting individuals in their relationship with society.  Portraiture is analyzed as mediation between journalists and readers, and between readers themselves.  In addition to her academic work, Adeline Wrona is member of the Journalism Public School Conference (CEPJ), and regularly participates in research projects of the International Professional Association for Journalism, le Réseau d’Etudes sur le Journalisme.
